How to use:

We suggest taking it before a meal to help control appetite, support weight control, and regulate blood sugar levels by slowing down the absorption of carbohydrates. Pre-meal timing may work better for those struggling with portion control or slow metabolism.

For optimal results and enjoyable experience, we suggest to:

• Add 250-450ml of cold water into rite. bottle or a glass.
• Use the scoop provided and add 8g of the powder and pour it.
• Strongly shake the bottle for 30 sec or stir until complete dissolution.
• If using a glass, use a spoon or electric whisk to mix until the contents dissolve.
• Wait for 30 seconds before consuming for the fiber to dissolve.
• It can also be added into smoothies or mocktail recipes.
• You can go up to 3 servings per day.

The Don’ts

• Don’t fill the water bottle till the top, keep some space to allow the powder to dissolve properly when shaking.
• Don’t store the sachet powder in warm and humid environments, keep it away from direct sunlight.
